3 stars: There is no fixed price so drivers are taking the longest route and charging extra. Also the drivers call the customer and ask the destination and if the destination is near the driver, he will tell us to cancel the trip. We can not complain in the app about anything or change the stars i gave to drivers after. Uber does it better.
3 stars: Add a portal for the regular user to report bugs. I can't be bothered to open github on the go. Also the app gets the location for food delivery wrong at least 5% of the time.
3 stars: During a ride or during a delivery, the sharing of the route option with a family member or with a friend is not available now. Please have that option available since it is very useful.
4 stars: Overall experience is good. But would be really great if they can expand it to tier 2 cities and towns. Because we need a ride app service specially in those cities.
4 stars: I love pickme soo much but recently with their new update I cannot share rider's google tracking link to recipient because of that we really having trouble when locating rider for correct destination. so I hope they will fix it soon thankyou.
3 stars: When i try to book for later it always says my location is incorrect and recheck the location.\ud83e\udd2e Please fix this.
4 stars: Great service but the app leaves a lot to be desired. Its buggy as all hell and slow to boot.
