4 stars: I am finding the over all of the app, easy to use. Could use some built in documentation to help the older generation use the device. Great app since my couch ate the remote. The app is even better then the remote anyways. As far as those mentioning of a feature missing it is because they have a older version. I wish my device had the listen thur the app. Time to upgrade.
5 stars: Stop resetting my roku premiere device on every update. This is the 2nd time in a month. Very annoying. Update. Device continues resetting every 2 days while Roku customer service keeps downplaying the problem. Switching to Chromecast. Update Problem was escalated to the engineering team and was resolved. Updating my review to 5. Thank you.
5 stars: Works almost flawlessly, I love the option to output the sound on my phone, meaning I can then use Bluetooth headphones without the use of an adapter! The only negative point I feel is when switching apps on the phone, going back to the remote doesn't always have it working right away. I need to tap another menu, and go back to the remote one. But it's really the only downsode I found.
