3 stars: Great workouts and good meal plans, I gave it a 3 because there are way too many technical glitches when using the app which makes it difficult to use freely. The move challenge videos keep freezing then you have to restart the app and it then freezes at a different point. If you have limited time for your workout these freezes really become annoying

5 stars: easy to use, well structured and organised app...able to listen to your own music and follow along.
3 stars: App glitches out a lot. Everytime I would get to the last exercise, it doesn't let me hit complete. Then I tired to get out of the screen and the app asks me why I'm not finishing my workout-cant click anything but back. Technology difficulties should be an option.
5 stars: did this solid for 3 months with intentional eating and saw the best results of my life! consistency is key! the community Krissy creates drives a desire to succeed. app is interactive and easy to use for those scared to start a routine. she gives you All the tools!
5 stars: Just finished my first workout and I'm seriously impressed. Each circuit is easy to follow and modify, the interval timer is built in, and you can watch the exercise as you complete each one. The recipes look awesome. Definitely worth it!
