3 stars: Good, but replace steps with miles. Overall it functions quite well. One thing that's annoying is if you touch the hamburger menu and dig into one of the options, there's no way to get back. I also find it annoying that the app doesn't show daily miles. I should not have to start a program on my Garmin just to see miles. Steps are irrelevant to me.

4 stars: Other than my device battery draining relatively quickly while using gps tracking, which is unrelated and not unexpected. Also i bought it refurbished off amazon and the thing has outperformed my expectations! (garmin instinct) the app is great. It seems pretty accurate, gathers lots of great data and I've had zero connectivity issues with my s8 plus.
5 stars: Not bad, some hiccups. Can't edit the weight for strength training (edit: you need to drag it one by one to the top, its a bug). Some exercises are excluded, so custom add would be nice -e.g. narrow squat (i had a couple modified yet important exercises missing). Also don't see where I update to LBS in app; it seems statute fixes that, but then I have miles instead of km?
