5 stars: I ordered from here pretty regularly and I have been satisfied with my experiences. My only complaint is if you need to return something(doesn't look right or what ever your problem) you can only get a gift card, they can not refund your original payment method. That is super inconvenient to me because the interest on this card is sky high. I do really enjoy the products and some of the samples have turned into regular purchases for me.
5 stars: First of all the sale they had going was very nice. I was able to get some items for me and my daughter at a cheap rate. I love that you get to pick out your own samples. Than on top of that they offered two deluxe samples. I love trying out new products.
5 stars: I am addicted. I use the app often to get my skincare fix and I have never had an issue. The interface is user friendly and I honestly use it even as I'm at the store to view the items and reviews.
5 stars: I used the app to sign up for birthday rewards thanks Sephora for also having only app specials and displaying them soon as I open the app so that I can get all the perks as an Insider. The web page is clean and I like shopping early for holidays this app made it easy to do just that.
5 stars: Super easy to navigate and never crashes or freezes. I love that you can also get exclusives not available on their main website. Never use anything else now when shopping with Sephora but this app.
