5 stars: Helps you understand patterns among triggers in your migraines. Useful tool if you are trying to figure out the cycle and type of migraines you have. The questions are thorough and answers can be customized. It takes several logs of migraines to get telling statistics about your experience but I think it helped me, a newbie to migraines, know the signs, how to prevent and causes of my attacks.

5 stars: Really helpful You can see trends of migraine, or other headache. You begin to see which triggers are worse. You get ideas about what other triggers could be. You can chat with other sufferers and get encouragement. You can get access to expert advice, research, and conferences.
4 stars: Wonderful app for tracking my migraines. Very through!! Wish it could link to fitbit or other health apps which already track my sleep, so I didn't have to input data.
