4 stars: The app is good. But sometimes there are glitches like the restaurant is open but they have nothing available. I would also want to point out the tracking, I hope there will be an improvement to be able to track if our orders are on the way. Anyways we are still satisfied in using it for emergencies. Nice app👌
3 stars: I like new software interface. It's just that I don't think the order status is updated real-time in the app. If the driver didn't contact me, I wouldn't have known that my food was already being prepared. I like that no order cancellation policy is being observed but if the order status or progress isn't updated real-time, it is a problem for the consumers. P.S. Glad that the service is now available to people who live outside Naga City!
4 stars: I indicated on my placed order to bring change for Php1,000. The driver was pissed off and rude telling us we did not note it. There's a specification on the app whether the customer would pay the exact amount or to bring change. I just hope that the application really inform the drivers the specification on payment terms. If so, I hope the drivers employed would not be rude talking to customers.
