5 stars: I previously gave 1 star bevause I downloaded the app and it wasn't working. I must say that they are very responsive, the issue was fixed fast. Once I was able to access the app, there are a lot of exercises available, the meal plan is awesome very self explanatory as well the exercises. In conclusion the app is great and the price is unbeatable.
4 stars: I've been using this app and I love all the updates. Sometimes I have to restart my workout because the screen will come up black and shows nothing. I wish there was a link to Amazon Music but it helps that I can just play my music alongside the workout and still listen to instructions uninterrupted. There's a great variety and I've seen lots of success with the ab routine.

It would be much easier to have recipes in appropriate sections: Low carbs/ Keto etc rather than just scrolling an endless list which is the last thing you want when trying to lose weight: every little helps!
