5 stars: Great apps..use only one apps a lot function can be found they have transportation and delivery food,their apps design with collecting point after ur purchase,this point can be use for discount or voucher according to their promotion.They also make option to pay whether using online banking or grab pay and surprisingly their delivery is awesome I feel convenient while using this apps and this apps is user friendly.
3 stars: App used to work, but I had to factory reset my phone after changing out my broken battery. Now it won't even log in on fresh android no bloat. Can't get past the OTP login. It's just loading without sending the code,cant even click the resend code link. It just hangs on loading. Edit: Fixed by reinstalling several times. I'll give it a 3 for now.

3 stars: Grab doesn't respond to my complaints anymore about wrong or incomplete items delivered via grabfood. Unlike before when their representative will call me right away and attend to my concerns and will contact the restaurant immediately. Unfortunately, now I am forced to coordinate with the restaurant myself. But overall, its a very useful app on other matters.
