4 stars: Great content, trainers, flexibility take it outdoors too. Love the variety, fitness levels. The series really build progression and confidence to keep going. Only reason is not a 5 star is because the app can be slow to open up. An option to download content and workout offline would be great.
4 stars: I enjoy being able to take iFit with me, and that I'm not tied to my spin bike. I would like to have workouts that are audio only. Generally, I find the workouts encouraging and uplifting, and adaptable for one's age, fitness level, and ability. I really like that I can turn off the leaderboard, and all of the wonderful scenic workouts.
4 stars: It took ya'll 2 years to respond to this review. Wow. The view is excellent and the instructor is great. however, some of the music is so loud that it's hard to hear what the instructor is talking about. I'm going to explore if there is an option to turn the music completely off. I just like walking and running and listening to somebody.
3 stars: I like the workouts. I also like the feature that future workouts will be altered based on your progress/fitness level. I'm not sure how that's actually going to work but I like that personal fitness level are at least being acknowledged. I don't like that it still doesn't sync with my smart watch. Especially since there is a heart rate training option.
