5 stars: On a 90 day program I saw major results within the first week. They have nailed the art of getting ripped. I look great, feel great, love the meals, the trainers are always helpful and the app is full of great information and extras
5 stars: I have tried p90x, insanity, body beast, alpha nation, and everything. Nothing worked for me. V shred is amazing. In one month I am seeing results. I feel so much healthier! I was on blood pressure medication and the doctor took me off of it after seeing my gains. Truly a life changer!
5 stars: Managed to access the app after initially not being able to use it. The support team was quick to respond and finally managed to access it. The app seems good and very straight forward and easy to use.
3 stars: I am loving the program but the app says network error more than I would like and doesn't show anything under my orders, even though I've ordered some supplements. Also, ordering the supplements is a royal pain because upsale videos pop up constantly and network errors. I didn't actually know I ordered anything until I got an email and then I realized I ordered more than once. It was very easy to cancel the second order though.
