5 stars: I have ordered many things from Wayfair so far and they've all been great, apart from one. Ordered a sofa that arrived with structural damage, I requested a refund supplied the photo and was told my account would be refunded within 3-5 business days. No uphill battle to get my money back, quick easy and pleasant. Will continue to use Wayfair!

5 stars: Wayfair has been wonderful for me. My mom loves it cause she can speak to a live person if she has questions or just needs help with placing an order. Everything we have ordered has been delivered on time except for one item and it took a month but it was on back order. And we didn't know. Their customer service is outstanding!
