3 stars: It plays documentaries and some of the older movies with prime, but not the new ones that I receive as a part of my Amazon prime account. Plays the audio portion and the X-ray portion but there is no picture. Not sure why they have a malfunction. I spent an hour one time customer service and the finely dropped me. Pretty disappointed. Thank goodness for Netflix.
