3 stars: Fun twist on the leps world games, but there aren't enough medkits. Maybe 1 per level, and that makes me die a lot. Not too fun to play when you have to restart every level multiple times because you only get one hit before you die
5 stars: Absolutely, love this game. Many of the levels were difficult to beat but I managed to beat them all. I just wish there were more levels.

Lep world Z is the best game from all Lep games I had play Lep world 1,2 and 3 but that games are not intrsting like this game. This is best game from all fighting games.
