3 stars: A bit cluttered with ads and I don't like having to go through each folder to find out if I have an alert, chat message, post, or email. Also, since the last update it is freezing randomly. The freezing is the biggest issue.
5 stars: The link made it easy for my to login from my phone, since I couldn't remember my password. I'm thankful because I was away from my desk and needed to make a decision and plans for travel last minute.
4 stars: As of january 2021 it is not showing images uploaded thru team chat, not sure why. My app is updated to latest version. I love the app except for not receiving notifications sometimes and as a team manager I need to get every notification. Some of the parents on the team are having the same problem.
5 stars: Cant imagine hockey without this app. 2 boys and 2 schedules and both are in here just switch teams. It is great!! An season later and we were lost until teams were made and app started being used. One team is using the availability portion to assist with contact tracing at the rink. Love love love Team Snap!
3 stars: Chat feature does not update when new messages come in. Logging out and back in is the only way to refresh and that has to be done over and over.
4 stars: Useful app. Try to only use it for schedule and Team Chat (which is different than Chat/group chat), since it is quite ad-driven. Free for team and easy enough to use for basic purposes
