4 stars: Good short workouts, I would say maybe should ask about any injuries so you can suggest/tailor altermate movements for certain exercises. Maybe include some music so not necessary to keep toggling between apps. Other than that, I have been seeing some results! Love it!
5 stars: Great app I recently broke my leg and as a firefighter I needed something to ease me back it's a working out and this app does it. Every workout makes me sweat and I feel like I've accomplished something after each one. I would highly recommend this app to anybody who is trying to bust their cardio or get back in shape.
4 stars: It's a great app overall! The warmup update is a great improvement. I would suggest that for the isometric holds the timer counts down rather than up: it would allow to integrate switching sides more easily and have more clear progression for users rather than giving a time range as it currently does
5 stars: I cannot say I've tried many workout apps, but this one is easy to use and follow. I recommend it if you're looking for good, simple instructions to grow and become stronger
