5 stars: Could not believe it's working! I thought I'd be wasting money, but was so intrigued with the many positive feedbacks that I decided to go for it. A month later and I lost 8lbs without starving myself or denying myself of my favorite foods. The app is straightforward and easy to use. Recently I found that it gets stuck in the processing spinning circle thing recently, but I go back one day and back to current day and it's okay.
4 stars: I think this is a great tool in my tool belt. The support during my journey to rethinking food has phenomenal. I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 because it ended up being a lot more work than I realized going in. Not that I didn't know losing weight was going to take work, I just have days where I can't meet up with the amount of reading required and also keep up with posting my updates to the support group I was set up with.
3 stars: I like the program, but the app is problematic at best. It crashes almost every time I try to open it, the nutrition information varies wildly in accuracy, and there can be many options for any given product with no infication as to whether any of the information has been verified or not. It is a good base, but needs a lot of improvement if they expect people to pay for access.
5 stars: The learning aspect of this program is phenomenal! If you are tired of yo-yoing and ready for a real change, this is the place to do it! I couldn't believe how misinformed I was from years of conflicting information ...
