3 stars: While I like the convenience of this platform, it is UNACCEPTABLE that I have been cut off at the 15 minute mark, while the doctor is still talking to me! This has been twice! I have no idea what she is going to do and I have no time to ask questions at all! Its my health! I am definitely considering going back to the office, if possible as this is really unethical.
5 stars: Love this app! My issue was on a Saturday that had gotten worse over the previous 3 days. It wasn't severe enough to warrant an ED visit but I also didn't want to wait until Monday just in case. This app was awesome! I will definitely use it again.
5 stars: Transportation problem was making it very difficult to get to my regular doctor or urgicare. This app was the perfect solution. Quick, easy to use, reasonably priced. The Doctor was professional and thorough. Very happy with my first use.
