5 stars: Challenging but fun. I started sweating, which usually doesn't happen for me with body weight exercises, but I still had fun. For once I could actually feel my muscles contracting. It was challenging, but it was still fun enough to want to continue.
4 stars: Being more of a yogi and pilates person, Barre was completely new to me. I think the yoga app has a lot more flexibility. This one feels slightly rushed. However, that said, I still love the design and flow of the app, the ease of navigation and the calendar to record your sessions. Love the whole Down Dog family.🧡
5 stars: Amazing. I did the thighs and glutes option for 10 minutes and was burning. and I'm a big leg day person. impressed. There are tons of options though. So you can change the focus to many different body parts
5 stars: Never done a barre workout before! I'll admit, I felt a bit funny at first, standing on my tiptoes and thrusting my hips, but by the end of the 10 minute workout I really felt the burn! Great and clear instructions, videos to follow, and effective workout!
