4 stars: Great concept and we have used the app quite a bit over the year. However, there is virtually no grace period to cancel an order and no way to get your money back. Example - we ordered a meal and mistakenly didn't update the address. Canceled within 5 seconds (i.e., immediately upon ordering) and were still unable to be refunded or change the address. Otherwise we're happy with our experience.
4 stars: I love the app, because I cannot drive due to an eye condition known as Retinitis Pigmentosa. Dashers so far have been friendly and efficient. My only complaint is hidden fees and taxes. I'm also certain prices change depending on how often you order from a particular place. If I order from McDonald's often, my price is usually around $15, but if I take a break and come back a few weeks later the usual order is $20.
4 stars: The only negative thing I can say is that our Burger King isn't on the app even though it's on others app. I called BK and they said they have door dash pick up all the time but it's not on the app. I reinstalled the app and still nothing. Other than that I absolutely love Doordash.
5 stars: Its a good app and its fair prices. The only thing I have an issue with and depends on what driver I get. Out of all the people I have had I didn't particarly care for one. My food was cold and took over an hour to arrive even though the reatraunt was only 1.5 mile away. But, thats not the apps fault. Overall, I love the app.
