4 stars: Fantastic ordering process! I love the customizability of each item, down to the individual number of pickles! The only feedback is that the checkout need an option to edit your item after customization. I hated having to delete an item and redo all the customizations just to change one condiment.
3 stars: Decent application but needs work; it's only 1½ years old. Quite buggy. Items need to be verified with store stock, item by item as they're added, instead of rejecting entire orders if one item is unavailable (a reasonable guess at that on my end). Looking forward to updates \u0026 improvements. Harvey's is great.

5 stars: Works very well with a minor drawback (and its easily fixed by restarting the app). This is the best way to get your order fast and coupons work! (when available)
4 stars: It needs some adjustment when you want to add extra tomatoes or lettuce. It also need adjustment when you are adding your coupon befor you pay. It brings you all the way back to enter the stuff again.
3 stars: Push notification suggests it's offering you a coupon code and when you click it leads you to the main page instead ... Clearly still struggling to figure out marketing.
4 stars: Why doesn't the SCENE card be applied when you order and pay through the app? The CAA discount is applied but the SCENE points cannot be collected unless you go into the store and have them swipe your SCENE...
