5 stars: The app is ok. For now, the few areas to be noted it that the app takes time before starting trip, same with ending the trip. Secondly, some times it dose not take you to the real pick up point and destination. One need to politely engage the clint to show us the way. Some clint even get angry and accuse one of taking the to the wrong place. Aside that, the app is perfect, pls.
3 stars: This App should have a change feature so that when there's no right change onboard, the driver can credit the passenger on his/her profile, that remaining change, on a cash trip. When the trip returns to the pick up point without updating destination, many times the App doesn't count the returning destance. And please Bolt verify cash payers passengers to ensure a more safer platform. Other than that, great work!
4 stars: I've seen a lot of improvement big up to u guys its much appreciated but the only problem is the time we r wasting waiting for the clients with no option to cancel the trip after waiting for 5 minutes. Some clients their phones will be off \u0026 most of them the number on the app is not the one they're using . Time is money guys sometimes u wait long only to be canceled by the rider \u0026 if i cancel i get penalized for it.
5 stars: Nice 👍 app but they should work on the app allowing drivers to reply rider messages on the app... Imagine a rider messages says are you coming to pick me up but as a driver u can't reply, but only on direct call via mobile ...
