5 stars: The Virgin Mobile App is really easy to navigate and use. I have ordered new phones using the app. I use the app most of the time to pay my Virgin bill. I like that it registers with Virgin right away that a payment was made, no waiting several business days. I would recommend the app for those who like convent access to all their Virgin Mobile needs.
4 stars: Not bad except it took me five minutes to figure out that the reason why it wasn't accepting my autofilled payment info was because I didn't have *spaces* on the credit card number.
5 stars: Very user friendly and convenient app to use as a customer.
5 stars: Great app my phone came with the Roger's app but I like this one better. Its pretty slick. I am just having issues logging in. Roger's app doesn't have these problems I can log in on that check my bill and everything. This one doesn't work. Still 5 stars cause this system of stars means nothing much like this review.
4 stars: Easy app for managing your phone bill. I use it to change features, add roaming minutes, and pay my bill every month. No problems or glitches. One improvement could be the user experience, sometimes it's difficult to find what you're looking for, but good otherwise.
