3 stars: I will start a fast and the next morning it shows I never started the fast. Sometimes it is the oppoaite...I will end a fast and later when I go to start one it has jumped back that I never ended the last one. This happens ever few days. So often it has happened that I am real careful to double check that I did it right.
5 stars: I've been fasting regularly for about a year, so I didn't really think this app would be very helpful. I only got it because I listen to Peter Attia's podcast and he's genius. This app is a fun way to motivate myself I stick out that last half hour of my TRF. I can't wait to try it on an extended fast. Also, I've actually learned a bit without even getting the premium app. Thanks, Dr. Attia!
4 stars: The timer is really convinient, but the notifications need some work. I'm sick of getting notifications on the middle of the night that I'm halfway through my fast. Had some password issues initially, but got them resolved and loving the app. I really like the ability to edit fasts - turns out I'm really bad at pulling out my phone after dinner to start a fast....
5 stars: I heard about Zero from a group of online fitness acquaintances. I was not familiar with intermittent fasting, but I was intrigued. This app makes tracking your fasts so easy. I do not have anything with which to directly compare it, but as far as tracking apps this one of the best!
