5 stars: Awesome. I can't say enough good things about this app and the training programs available. Created by Rugby players for Rugby players. The programs are split between off-season, pre-season, and in-season, and between backs and forwards, and are extremely practical. I assume that the backs programs include sessions where they talk about their feelings ;-)
4 stars: Really good workouts and instructions! Only problem is the app doesn't allow you to mark workouts as complete without it counting out the reps for you. hopefully that is on a new upstate soon.
