3 stars: Looking interface good and simple in comparison to similar other apps. Also include Co-Owners selection For Flats with multiple ownership for registration purpose at the app.
3 stars: The leave at gate option doesn't get recorded sometimes. I have seen that this happens more often when I get an automated call from mygate. Either the notifications are not reaching me on time or my response is not getting recorded. Either way, the security guard is ending up sending multiple notifications and I have to keep staring at the phone not to miss it. It's annoying.
3 stars: App was great and advanced of its time but recently when lock down started my app in particular stoped working it was not registering my entries from the gate and was not showing the activities in activity tab my test intercom is working flawlessly but when it comes to real life situation the app is dead we tried a lot from our side but no results are gained.
4 stars: Nice app for security but needs a little improvement on the approval notification. The approval notification should also state the purpose of visit of the visitor. Not sure if this feature is already there and not being used by my society security guard but if its not there this should be included in future updates
