3 stars: I see potential. Needs better design and pricing. Will continue to use it to see how far I can go with free version. Also, needs someone to refresh the writing for a general audience. The video tour doesn't seem to work on my phone. Design is not intuitive. I had to figure it out by clicking around.
5 stars: I agree with the reviewer who said that this app is the type of thing that deserves news coverage. This is incredibly helpful for those of us who need a best friend and cheerleader with us every step of the way. You may not have millions of downloads (yet), but please know that for the people who use it, it's a lifesaver...and greatly appreciated.
5 stars: initial impressions. I appreciate the affirmations and reminders of what each skill means. I'm intrigued by the idea of having sort of cue card style simple questions to flip through and utilize to break from ruminations. I love the layout of the diary card. I particularly appreciate the prompts to reflect on various aspects of my day and skill use.....guyz try now this app
5 stars: Nice idea. I wish there FB / Google login. I know it is in the works. Other than that this app is fabulous. I like how user friendly this is to enter and track my DBT Skills. Good job guys!
