5 stars: Workouts are very informative and effective. Diet plan is also very nice to have. The only issue I have personally is that I don't go to the gym I work out at home so I have to find substitute exercises for the exercises requiring a machine. Overall though very much worth the money and time.
5 stars: Good easy to use app for the V Shred plan. I love that there are at home and gym options. I love that each workout has a video of how to properly do each one. I wish it had a warm up in the gym workouts. Maybe stretching?
5 stars: A wonderful app, it helps me so much, but i just wanna add that the app also has also word and picture instructions so that if the net is slow to load the video we can have an alternative way to that we can continue our workout
