3 stars: I like the app but need a lot improvement like the number of meditation records, can also include stories and lot more calming music since it is a paid one. You can also add a few programs to do in a day to have a good sleep at night because there's variety of working people and stressed ones. After updation of app I'll give my next review. Still this app helps me to sleep.
5 stars: I absolutely love the app. The breathing, meditation, and sleep sounds work every time. I love the sleep sound recording. Pure breakfast comedy to listen to.
5 stars: This never fails to help me sleep. I was taking medication to get me to sleep, but this does the trick. I'm typically out during meditation before the calming sounds.
3 stars: It's a good app, as I use it to monitor how many times my baby wakes as well as all the other features. One recommendation is I think it's too sensitive to sounds, should have a sounds sensitivity toggle. I also wish it would automatically set its self to start and stop with the schedule. As some nights I forget to start the app missing out on the stats.
3 stars: I really like this app it has been working amazingly!!!! The reason I have given it 3 stars is that I have contacted the support team 3 times in regards to downloading recordings. I have sleep issues and want to edit the recording to show a specialist. Also, I wish to see what other subscription options you have other than a weekly plan.
