5 stars: Best fasting app available. Backed by knowledgeable health professionals with a clean easy to use interface. Only issue with it is that I will notifications indicating that I've completed my scheduled fast even though I've already ended it early. Other than that, couldn't ask for more.

I tried the paid version for a month, but it's not worth the monthly cost.
