4 stars: It is good app I like the way you describe the exercises but the videos before last update was better especially for those who are not good with English so I hope you put previous videos along with new one .. bad thing is that no direct contact with coach and no way to add any note for them , you only put a specific options to choose from
4 stars: The new training videos are better in the sense that it shows different views, but the setting in the old ones were way better and were looking more professional. So far, I am enjoying the app. I feel stronger. Gotta say though, this app is obsessed with superman exercise, so be ready for back muscle torture.
5 stars: I have used freeletics for 5 months straight now and I have never felt better about myself in my life, I am fit and healthy then I ever have been. They give great exercise and if you use the coach journeys they do grow with your skill as long as you give accurate feedback the feedback is for you! Definitely recommend the mind coaches they are great just for over all healthier life!
3 stars: I have to be on my mobile internet to start the app first then I can go wi-fi to download videos and etc. I cannot login my training session without mobile internet. This is really inconvenient. Also if I am warningup or coolingdown, for example, it counts down from 30 sec. and when it comes 0 it started immediately from 30 sec for the next exercise.
