3 stars: Every time this app is updated I check to see if they've fixed the forced guacamole problem and they never do. If you order a veggie option they give you free guac, but I hate guac. The only choices are to put it on your meal or take it as a side, which is what I do and then throw it in the trash. I used to hand it to a stranger at the restaurant, but now with Covid19... Please don't make me take the guac.
4 stars: The only thing that really gets me is that the app only allows honey vinaigrette dressing as an option for salads. I like it on everything else so now I have to trick the system.....order a salad and add rice to turn it into what I want. Can't do that with tacos and burritos. 😡
3 stars: This app is glitchy at best. Below are the features I wish it had similar to other food delivery apps. 1) Let me save more than one gift card in my profile, and let me transfer money between gift cards. Starbucks has this feature. 2) Let me use more than one payment method on an order. Like if I have $4 on a gift card, use that first and then charge my credit card the balance. 3) Let me schedule delivery for a later time, not just the \
5 stars: Thrilled to see the gift card issue has been fixed. I bought a gift card to save money and when my balance hit 9 bucks, the app wouldn't let me use the card anymore. It's great to see these issues being identified and resolved in a timely fashion
