5 stars: I only have great experience with Virgin mobile. No fuss app, whenever I need a boost or changing my plans, its easy to use. Annual plans saved me a lot money compared to other mobile plans available.
3 stars: Been boosting a lot for 100gb but when your data reached 30gb below it starts to really slow down and at time it disconnectsmy laptop from the connection. You need to sort this lag. Other than that it will be much more enjoyable
5 stars: App stopped working giving me no internet connection for many times, removed app, removed SIM, shutting mobile, reinserting SIM, reinstalling app, worked fine again
5 stars: During my usage with Virgin Mobile it's really amazing service specially Data Packages it's really and it's not less speed either Etisalat or Du. I would like to thank Virgin Mobile because the expenses of buying Virgin it's really cheap to own
4 stars: Should have a pop up for incoming messages especially on chat otherwise everything else perfectly!
3 stars: Good app to know the usage and value if you can pay upfront, but response time of customer service is not instant and takes long to resolve an issue. The main problem is they don't have a ticket number option to give to customer so they are not worried to resolve. Virgin mobile does not provide SIM and Data sharing, like Etisalat or Du.
4 stars: Latest release fixed my earlier issues. Although it still indicates update required.
