5 stars: Gopuff is honestly a miracle. From snacks, to towels when ours got ruined, to duct tape at 10:00pm when no one else was open, to fix our AC, they have everything we need last minute. They're faster than anyone else and, the few times I've have problems, customer service is always SUPER friendly and helpful. I use it frequently and will continue to. I hope they continue to work so perfectly and only improve.
3 stars: So... Lately I've been finding chip bags that are just straight up half opened from the bottoms or top.\u003c:/ I'm really concerned cuz I don't know if mice (or even worse, rats) have been opening them... Since I do get chips that have no air in them, I had to throw away a whole bag since the bottom was torn open... I still love ordering, but they should check their warehouses more... I'm very worried. 😟💧
