3 stars: OK, so game concept is really great, graphics are brill. My reason for 3 stars are the levels get so difficult to complete, that you just give up. Unless you spend real money it becomes a very long drawn out level game that's really hard to complete. Also the ad for this game is an elevator bell boy, this is a generic hotel game. Unistalled.
3 stars: The game is a lot of fun and like most I don't mind spending money on it but the touch is not easy! I've gone into my phone settings to make sure my touch screen is as high as it can be but it's hard to play this game when I can't get the characters to follow my touch. Is this sometimes that can be fixed?
3 stars: Please fix the following and the game will improve greatly. If you task the guy to do something and it's not ready, or his hand are full, don't let him stand there for 3 seconds until he can move again. At the reception when you select a customer and a room is free but youwant to do something else it doesn't let you. Grand hotel mania doesn't have these issues but this game does
4 stars: I've finished all levels and waiting for a new hotel, not sure how long it will be. Its a good game, some levels are really tricky but if you persist youl pass them. Ive spent no money of my own just used what I won to upgrade gradually, use the watch an add to boost up your diamonds.
3 stars: For my revised review, after a much hoped for update of the game, nothing's changed. Same problems: Really neat game but...
