3 stars: After the last update my email sync stopped working, its working fine if i login from browser,i tried adding my account again,uninstalled and reinstalled the app, followed all the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the page but still the same. Fix it please ..i have lost important email because of this. It got fixed after i uninstalled the update
5 stars: Love it. Does everything I have needed it to do, and always works. I have used it solely as my work email for 4 years mostly because Samsung has a good name when it comes to device security and i use newer Gen Samsung devices. I just feel they work great together, but i am sure the app would be just as good on any platform.
4 stars: It's ok, but I can't seem to get in contact with costumer service through the app. It's probably just me, but I found it quite difficult to delete everything from my email. There was no button like on the computer version. Most if the links in the email were, not necessarily fraudulent, but didn't work. (Again must be me). Things that are deleted and archived can still be seen? Anyone else?
3 stars: I'm getting a lot of spam in my inbox nowadays which fortunately is easily identified. However the app is treating a lot of genuine emails as spam. The majority of the companies have been sending emails to me from the same address for many years. Come on Samsung, sort this out before I'm forced to use a different app.
