5 stars: Love this app, trying to loose weight and tried to go-to the gym...but now that is impossible. This app's workout planning has pushed me every time, love that the app tells you what each exercise does for your body and has videos to help you know how to do the exercise. Really impressed for a free app that I seen advertised all the time on Google play
5 stars: First day using it. I sincerly think this is a keeper. I will try it for a month to see what kind pf results i get. Remember that the app is not magic, you have to put some real effort into it, but overall i can tell you that it feels like you are burning calories with exercises that are not to demanding or complicated. Excellent for begginers and for people without equipment.
5 stars: Trust the app, if you really out of shape like I was start with level 1, even if it feels easy, it's the perfect daily exercise that shows results without killing you. Thanks to this app I'm finally to the level where these are now warm ups before I hit the gym. Took my endurance from wanting to throw up after 5 minutes to doing hour long sessions in the gym feeling pumped and healthy ready to take on the world

5 stars: You know, the work out on this app is very hard for me at the least. I'm 16 and I weigh alot (86KGs / 189.6 Lbs) and my height is just (170CM / 5 foot and 7 inches) which to be honest are not very impressive numbers. ...
