4 stars: I would gladly give this app five star if the Admin can resolve the issue with OTP. When you place an order, the OTP delays until it can no longer be used. Recently, I made several attempts to load credit at night and my card got blocked by my Bank on assumption the transaction was a fraudulent one. Anyway, thanks for the gift of N500 for recharge card.
5 stars: Wonderful! But recently I've been experiencing bad time with the app. I have written to Customer care several times but nothing yet. It's very disappointing and disservice that customers complaints cannot be treated with despatch. How I wish they'd do something, the app is a time saver for transactions like Data and Airtime purchases.
4 stars: The app has been great. But recently I made an electricity bill payment that was not successful but I was charged. My money was not returned to me and the customer service is not responding to emails or calls.

5 stars: 3% cash-back? The very reason I got converted to use the app is becoming less and less attractive. I might as well buy my airtime from a vendor so as not to attract SMS charges by my bank which the cash-back won't be able to pay off at the end of the day. Anyway, it's a business and it has to be profitable for Jumia too.
