5 stars: Wonderful! But recently I've been experiencing bad time with the app. I have written to Customer care several times but nothing yet. It's very disappointing and disservice that customers complaints cannot be treated with despatch. How I wish they'd do something, the app is a time saver for transactions like Data and Airtime purchases.
4 stars: I would gladly give this app five star if the Admin can resolve the issue with OTP. When you place an order, the OTP delays until it can no longer be used. Recently, I made several attempts to load credit at night and my card got blocked by my Bank on assumption the transaction was a fraudulent one. Anyway, thanks for the gift of N500 for recharge card.
5 stars: Okay, I'm editing my review because all of a sudden the app has become unusable, I can see some other people have complained and nothing has been done about it. So I'm changing my 5stars to 1star... I will revert when the app is usable again.
5 stars: It's Very efficient and reliable but kept login me out of platform and if I try to login it won't work . In fact I have to uninstall and reinstall it before it can allow me login again.
3 stars: I cleared the cache and removed data last night, then subscribed. This morning I had to repeat the process before I could complete a transaction again. This experience is not funny at all
