3 stars: The properties descriptions does not clearly state whether the showers are walk in or over the bath and don't always have photographs of the shower arrangements; The search facility dones't indicate free parking or not, just parking available; The apps main menu doesn't include a Contact Us link. It needs to be searched for from the Bookings page and via several other links / pages.
3 stars: Pretty straightforward and convenient....i like the feature that allows you to book BEFORE paying (which for me, means: making the money needed, going to a store, loading money on a debit card and THEN getting back online to make the reservation and PRAYING that the room and price is still available!)
5 stars: Love this app! It's fast. It's easy. Whenever I need to book a room, it's just a couple of clicks and I am guaranteed a room at a great rate that saves me money vs. walking into a hotel/motel and paying the regular, higher rate.
5 stars: Gives accurate and helpful information, including bad and good reviews. The site shows nearby activities and restaurants and allows you to contact the facility with questions. You also get a discount if you book with them multiple times!
