3 stars: For two to three days it was good experience with this app. Content and presenters are really worthful I intenteded to purchase the plan of one month. But what happened after three to four days...? Just it is hacked.. Or something other wrong happened to app that I can't access to my required content or lectures.. It is really disappointing that I approached to resolve this issue but still nothing. Not any positive response...

3 stars: Good content, poor app. Freezes after almost every lecture if streaming. The only way to listen is to download ahead of time - at least until that glitches someday... Otherwise I routinely have to attempt to restart/reload a lecture at least 5 times before it will play, toggle between vid/audio, etc. Strong wifi, no issues with anything else. It's just this app. Very frustrating.
5 stars: The Great Courses has always been great. It has quality content. The Plus subscription is really value for money. I am Happy. Regarding the latest app update, the developers and The Great Courses Plus team have quickly responded to the issues in the previous update. This latest update has addressed my concern which I had for offline download. I am satisfied and I am recommending The Great Courses Plus to my friends and Family.
