3 stars: Hit or miss. 1st time I used it, the doctor was willing to offer up a lot of information. 2nd time I used it, I felt like I was forcing the doctor to give me information. It was like pulling teeth

However I was given some suggestion by the Dr. That will help with my condition but I didn't get the chance to write that information down because once we were done our conversation vanished. Is there any way that I can get a copy of our conversation. Without that information my chat session was useless and I am back t o square one..
