5 stars: This app is simple, stable and amazingly productive! As an online educator, I love it. It solved a problem I faced when I was using Microsoft's OneNote, the problem of lack of paper sizes option! With Squid, you can set any paper size you want, lots of backgrounds from which you can choose to customize how your page looks like, etc!
4 stars: This app works well for note taking (lectures or memos to self). I would have loved some line based input style as in the unfortunately discontinued handrite-app, but Squid also works well. The option to purchase some features individually and permanently (e.g. pdf import) is a bit hidden, but it is there and it's nice - I really dislike continued dependencies like sobscriptions. I will continue to use Squid: no better alternatives.
5 stars: This app does everything for notetakers. It doesn't crash on my chromebook, and I really likethe feature for adding pages to a section. Typing can be a little to get used to but overall highly reccomended. Previous note apps I have used in the past: OneNote Evernote I am a medical student.
4 stars: Excellent 1st use with University lecture. Very easy to use and create amazing content. Complete game changer for my note taking. Would love to see sync between devices as well as removing the paper background on mass for each notebook and the PDF exports. Would be 5 stars with those features.
