5 stars: Emailed the creator and got help for my issue (Configure.exe was in a different folder than expected). This works great! There is 1 second of lag between what's shown on the browser's video feed and what the application using the driver picks up (Discord, in this case). But beyond that, no complaints.
3 stars: Crashes when I connect to this Huawei T3 tablet (Andoid 7) from a Windows 7 machine using Chrome, or OBS. Works OK with my other Huawei device, an Honor 9. Unfortunately I wish to use the tablet as a webcam, not the phone. Droidcam doesn't crash the tablet and connects fine, but the app is not as good. If I thought going pro would fix the issue with IP Webcam, then I'd buy it, but it fell at first hurdle.
5 stars: I have tried many camera apps and this is my final choice. I'm using it mainly for video recording and video streaming with phone camera. Thus the quality of the video signal is much better than that of the built-in camera of my expensive laptop advertised as 720p. Although it might be a little bit difficult to set it up, IMHO this is the best IP Webcam app currently available.
