3 stars: Pros: Variety of workouts. Videos are quite explanative. Cons: There are no breaks during exercises, it just skips to the next one when you finish one exercise. If you skip an exercise while the audio is playing, it doesn't stop and you listen to the 2 exercises at the same time.
5 stars: Just great! Really awesome and so many options, for your muscles, your core, your flexibility...Fun and energizing. Its the first time i get to follow a program day by day, and i really feel and see the results in my body and health. Im very happy i gave it a try!
3 stars: For the most part apps work great on my phone, workouts are easy to follow but requires frequent stopping because you can't always look at your phone. Hence Chromecast support would be an added welcome so that I can cast the workouts on a TV. It's been wonderful to have free workouts, I will likely become a paying customers if some more thoughts are given to the functionality and ease of use of the app.
3 stars: App has great potential with really good video content and useful features, but is very inconsistent and buggy in actual usage. Plans get lost and it takes some jumping around in the app to get things to refresh. Workout cues are often very delayed or never come up. Depending on what you are viewing, say the weekly summary, some of the data on completed workouts are missing. Needs some work.
