3 stars: I'm a doc. Did not want to pretend I was operating, but I guess this is what the app is for. Even then I was disipointed with the simulation. It would have been much better for me if I was able to simply watch it as a video. Consider adding that as an option. I just wanted to finish it and did not try to answer test questions correctly.
