5 stars: No problem getting meds delivered on time and accurate. Reminder service is a good feature if you take many meds (and I do !). I find reupping scripts tedious (1st I have remember to do it, then I send a txt to the right prescribing doctor ; there are three and lastly doctor's staff has to remember to do it. They are all good people but VERY busy. So far no misses. I don't know how they do it )
3 stars: So much had changed on the app that i couldnt figure out what was current, need renewed, etc. Had to write an email to my primary care doctor, Dr. Lucas Beeley, to help out. New app seems to have more features, but getting it up and current was very confusing
5 stars: I had to call in to get help with my prescription and the lady I talked to was extremely helpful. It took her some time to sort it all out, alot of details to handle, including calling my doctors office to clear up some details. She did so with success!! When you have to call in just remember the people you talk to are of your side. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

3 stars: When you try to get on the app it gives you an error message that says it can't connect to the app because there's no Wi-Fi, my Wi-Fi is full tilt, all of the other apps open and connect with no problem. This is a constant problem with this particular app, When it does work I'm more than satisfied With its operations.
