3 stars: Sometimes it works just fine, sometimes it is of little use - I cannot hear the other party, or I get choppy images of the other party - and our respective hardware and Internet connections will not have changed. There are times when it works fine for an hour, and there are times when it crashes every 5-10 minutes, and, again, our respective hardware and connections will not have changed.
3 stars: It's a standard divorce over IP with the same kind of data packet loss as early versions of Skype. It does not work over Wi-Fi unless you have a very fast connection and a high end / decent router. To avoid latency issues plug in devices directly into the internet, take turns speaking and limit how much you talk or turn off video on one of the people speaking.
3 stars: Ok but required some trial and error. Leaving the app to do something else on my phone and then coming back in resulted in an extra screen popping up on the other person's end which also resulted in a significant Echo. The only way to get rid of it was to exit the app and to close all the tabs and then go back in.
5 stars: I like telehealth because it is easy to use. I just join, have a comfortable talk, then close it. I don't have to push any buttons like mute. It is secure. I am a senior this is only my second online meeting I have ever used. The other involved many people 89 in one meeting.
