4 stars: Super easy to use, and contains all the same info as the website. Only annoying thing is that some of the floorplans are transparent images, which are shown on a black background - black outline on black background \u003d invisible. It's still possible to open it in the website via the share button though, so not entirely impossible to view, but would benefit from having a white background beneath floorplan images.
3 stars: It's a good app, but it could be alot better if the filters were not so generic. for instance why can you not drill down on buying scheme to single out the one you actually want, this would help to filter out retirement properties which are on a scheme but. ot on the help to buy scheme, also the ability to filter out shared ownership.
5 stars: Very nice app! Good experience although it would be nice to be able to exclude areas. It would also be good to hide properties from search results if you don't like them. A button that says hide from future searches.
3 stars: It's good but needs mortgage calculator! It's a very good app - quick, snappy, very little lag and very good connection but it's missing (in my opinion) one of the most important things, the mortgage calculator. Include this and you'll get your 5 stars!
3 stars: Good but can improve. Issue is mainly with saved searches. You can't modify existing search, you have to create multiple searches for same thing. Even if we exclude sold STC, it shows them in search.
