4 stars: Two major things, and on minor thing keep this game from getting five stars. 1) Load times are a little long for a game where marches take no more than 4 minutes. 2) There needs to be an option to surrender when you get completely outmatched. The minor thing is matchmaking is a little wonky. From what i see it seems like it tries to keep your win and lose rate relativley even.
3 stars: I really like this game... I've always loved MtG stuff and this game has a ton of promise. The main issue I have is either lag spikes, or people possibly hacking. I'll hit points in matches where I literally can't put down cards, but it'll only happen for cards with 4+ Mana cost (while I'll have 10 Mana to spend). I throw down a 2 cost and it works fine, but try to use a bigger card, and suddenly it won't place it anywhere.
3 stars: Fun up until a point. A few planeswalkers REALLY stand out above the rest. You'll have some feelbad moments too if you're not focused on a color pairing to spend your gold. Also the RNG can kind of suck if you're trying to play something specific. EG. Trying to run a white walker without blinding mage. Running into someone who has clearly spent money feels bad too. If you're prone to rage definitely avoid it. Emote spam is a thing.
